Barry Knight
It all started 10 years ago with a great idea and Barry continues to come up with innovative concepts to keep The Full Range moving forward. His talent for price negotiation is second to none, a testament to our success as a company and that of our valued clients.
When not beetling about the country attending meetings, Barry enjoys a workout at the gym and is known as a bit of bandit on the golf course!
Nicky Prentice
Nicky has over 25 years experience in the foodservice industry, working in sales and marketing for a diverse range of companies including United Biscuits, Reed Exhibitions and Baxters Foodservice. She also spent 6 years in Purchasing and Supply Chain at Compass Group where she was focussed on achieving greater alignment between purchasing and operations.
Nicky thrives on the cut and thrust of new business, very much a people person, she is passionate about her customers and helping them to succeed and grow. Her attention to detail and customer management skills are evidenced in the number of long term clients in her ever expanding portfolio.
When not out and about looking after her customers you will find Nicky in the great outdoors – she is a keen walker and triathlete.
Evie McIvor
With a penchant for spreadsheets and number crunching, Evie has a talent for office management and a love for things that are neat and orderly. With a firm understanding of finance she keeps The Full Range running efficiently.
When not at her desk you can be sure she is out bagging a few Munros in her beloved Scottish Highlands.
Lorna Platt
Lorna is dedicated to providing first class client care and service to our customers.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, she prides herself in resolving issues that (may) arise as quickly as possible.
Passionate about farm to fork and British farming, Lorna is classically Cordon Bleu trained and has spent many years working with Scotland’s finest produce.
Stuart Minton
Stuart has over 10 years’ experience in sales to the hospitality sector. He spent 6 years at Bunzl Catering Supplies progressing from telesales to Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing and developing a broad portfolio of foodservice customers throughout the south of England.
He joined The Full Range as Key Account Manager for the South East in August 2013 and is now Regional Sales Manager, playing a key role in the roll out of our online e-procurement system.
Craig Lyall
Craig has over 13 years’ experience in sales to the hospitality sector.
Starting at Lockhart Catering Equipment before moving to Bunzl Catering Supplies, Craig started as an Area Sales Manager and was latterly Key Account Manager for Scotland.
Craig has a vast knowledge of the non-food sector where he managed a variety of customers (around) across the UK. His familiarity with the industry and sales knowledge allows him to cater to the needs of The Full Range clients in his role as Regional Sales Manager.
Marie Ferguson
Marie joined the Full Range in July 2018 as Sales Support to the South Team. Marie brings 11 years of Administrative experience to the role. She has also worked within the Food service industry giving her a great insight into the customer’s needs. Marie has demonstrated over the years that customer service is her number one priority.
Marie is a valuable resource to ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible.
Simon Gore
After various different adventures, Simon retrained as a chef in 2015 and has since gained experience both in and out of the kitchen.
He joined The Full Range team in September 2018 as key account manager for the north, but before that worked in sales development for Country Fresh Foods.
Sarah Burns
Sarah has 5 years experience within the hospitality sector. She has spent 5 years at Diversey Care starting as a Territory Sales Manager then covering Business Development and finally moving into Key Account Management.
Sarah joined The Full Range in October 2018 as Key Account Manager.
Kevin Milne
Kevin joined The Full Range in September 2018 as Sales Support to the North Team. Kevin brings 15 years of software development, IT and customer support to the role. He has previously worked in Social Work and Property within Local Authority, and most recently administering the competitive water market for Scottish Government.
