Last week, The Full Range had the pleasure of being invited to a networking event at Brasserie Zédel in Soho, hosted by the Alliance of Independent Restaurants (AIR) and its founders - Erick Kervaon, Sarah Guignard, Tim Healy and Lawrence Hartley. Their vision was to bring independent hospitality businesses together to help them compete with the larger chains and AIR was founded to do just that.
The Full Range was established to help the independent foodservice operator achieve greater purchasing efficiency and ultimately profit - a service which is invaluable for small businesses where margins are tight and which aligns perfectly with the vision of AIR.
We were delighted when AIR approached us to become their exclusive purchasing partner for F&B. This means that The Full Range will provide purchasing services to AIR members which is a free of charge service and includes a full supply chain audit for all new registered members.
