Founded in 1907 Harewood Downs is a traditional Members’ Golf Club with a fine golf course set in the Chilterns near Amersham, Buckinghamshire. It has long been associated with a roll up culture, warm hospitality and the very best in golfing traditions.
We approached Harewood Downs Golf Club, a customer of ours for nearly 7 years, and asked their House Manager, Janice Bizley, what she enjoys about working with The Full Range and why she has continued to build our partnership over the better part of a decade.
“When taking up my new position at Harewood Downs Golf Club in 2012 I began looking at the suppliers and prices the club had been paying, some of them were ok but basically, they needed looking at. It was at this time that Nicky arrived on our door step to introduce The Full Range. We have worked solely with them ever since, Nicky has been brilliant at sourcing suppliers that are able to provide us with the products we need.
The suppliers that have been put forward to us have been of the highest quality, companies that The Full Range are obviously proud to work with. They negotiate prices, products and supplies; if there are any issues be it delivery dates or times, standard of products and prices if we are not able to solve them ourselves The Full Range are always on hand to help. One of the great things about them is that they encourage their clients to build a relationship with the suppliers.
The Full Range make my job easier by keeping abreast of current price changes in the market, they handle the negotiating of discounts and product prices leaving me free to get on with other things. As a company they are approachable, knowledgeable and always get back to me with answers.”
