Welcoming The Standard London

With hotels in New York’s ultra-hip Meatpacking District, the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood and the Belle Isle on Miami’s South Beach, The Standard Hotels have forged a unique reputation for a style which is a little out of the ordinary.

Their latest opening, and their first on European soil, is in King’s Cross, London. Just a stone’s throw from St. Pancras International and Kings Cross Station, the brutalist building which houses 266 rooms over 10 floors with a bar, two restaurants and a recording studio has been restored in the US-group’s now quintessential style.

Collaborating with Standard International Management’s Head of Food & Culture, Angela Dimayuga, Chef Adam Rawson takes the helm at Isla - the hotel’s garden restaurant featuring a menu inspired by the seasons and the coast. Previously the Head Chef at Pachamama, Rawson will also curate the menu at the hotel’s street-level bar, Double Standard which will offer residents and non-residents lunch, happy hour and casual drinking.

Working with a large number of well-established luxury hotels in the Capital already, The Full Range are delighted to announce that we are the preferred food procurement partner for one of London’s most exciting new openings in years. The team are excited to work alongside Adam Rawson and the rest of The Standard’s culinary team to deliver a truly unique destination-dining experience in the heart of one of the city’s most up-and-coming areas.
