Recently we visited Brakes’ Scottish HQ at Newhouse to review selected items from their Christmas range to establish preparation methods, practicality and, most importantly, taste their offering, so we can pass on to our customers up and down the country.
Talking after consuming his body weight in festive fayre, our founder George expressed how impressed he was with the quality and variety of Brakes’ Christmas range:
